A key client of mine are expending rapidly and soon to become the leading company for chemicals and technology. They are needing an experience and ambitious individual to join their new global E-commerce team. This is a unique opportunity that will allow you to help grow a new business, with direct contact with the head of E-commerce. You will be the voice of the customers and create strategies to help reach the end goal.
Your responsibility:
- Own the strategy and execute plan to achieve the customer satisfaction goals
- Liaise globally with relevant departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Help build a network of sales
- Address customers "pain points" and make sure the customer facing staff is well trained
- Contribute to the E-commerce product roadmap
- Work closely with customer service, sales, marketing operations, finance, and IT
- Be part of a global and cross functional team
- Support Global Head of E-commerce in building regional organization, skills & capabilities
Your profile:
- University degree, preferably in business management, marketing, data science or similar
- Fluent command of English, both written and spoken
- Exposure to operations (customer service, order management) in an E-commerce environment (B2B experience preferred)
- 100% customer focused
- Comfortable with analytics and reporting
- Demonstrate strong ownership, analytical and problem-solving skills
- E-commerce platforms, awareness of new tech trends
- A team player with great communication skills
