A diagnostics focused client based in Princeton, NJ is looking for a Global Marketing Manager. This position will lead and manage the commercial activities for an exciting new diagnostic tests. They will manage a team of marketers, oversee a portfolio of new tests in development, implement best practices for commercial development, and build a strong commercial foundation. They will also develop and manage international launch plans for novel diagnostic tests.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 9 years of experience in healthcare marketing is needed with background in pharmaceuticals, diagnostics or devices.
- Experience with managing a team and leadership is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exceptional marketing capabilities, problem solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated track record of success in global product launches and commercialization
- Experience managing and coaching a team.
- Capable of presenting in executive level meetings.
- Demonstrated analytical skills related to market research, pricing, financial modeling, and identification of key business insights.
- Demonstrated track record of success in global product launches and commercialization
- Experience with IVD or medical devices preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to market highly technical science.
