Job Title: Laboratory Manager
Location: Various Sites (including CA, NE, OH, MN, etc.)
An key client is seeking senior level Laboratory Managers to join their analytical testing group across various sites. The Lab Manager will be responsible direct lab operations, oversee microbiology testing, and ensure ISO 17025 compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Lab operations for chemical and microbiological testing
- Serve as the hiring manager for the laboratory; manage a team of supervisors and lab technicians
- Be responsible for lab budget maintenance and lab financials
- Maintain ISO 17025 compliance, maintain lab safety programs, ensure laboratory is organized
Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing laboratories
- Strong knowledge of ISO 17025 and other regulatory guidelines
- Background in analytical testing, microbiology background preferred
