Job opportunity with a top biopharmaceutical company that is looking for a Vendor Strategy Management to join their team on a 12-month contract with a possibility for conversion or extension!

Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience within Clinical or Development operations systems and services
- Minimum 2 years of direct procurement/purchasing experience supporting pharmaceutical R&D (Research & Development) purchasing/procurement preferred
- Proven scope interpretation and negotiation skills, working through related clinical study teams and functional area management
- Ability to manage a range of priorities to delivery and on the critical path for study start-up and execution of system or services
- Prior work with matrixed and decentralized teams, around clinical trial, and drug development projects
Job Description/Skills:
- Assists in sourcing for new software and services based on Business Owner needs
- Develops the details of the SOW (Statement Of Work) from the needs as defined by the assessment of the CDO (Clinical Development Operations) teams and ensures consistency across vendor relationships
- Is a primary contact for vendor on service initiation and scope modification as it affects the vendor agreement
- Facilitates the resolution of escalations on a primary level with teams across all levels of imaging and cardiac services within CDO
- Collaborates and contributes cross-functionally and acts as a representative of Operations Systems and Services for process efficiencies and continuous improvements as assigned
- Applies attention to detail in the review and negotiation of service agreements
- Track's category progress during clinical studies and functional oversight through day-to-day monitoring of key performance indicators related to imaging timeliness, quality, and vendor performance
