Position: MSL, Dermatology
Tasks:
-Engage in high-quality medical discussions with dermatology opinion leaders for medical projects.
-Build and nurture close customer relationships with influential dermatology experts.
-Improve patient care by connecting clinics and medical facilities.
-Initiate and manage regional/national projects and studies in private sector and clinic settings.
-Execute regional medical education activities.
-Deliver specialist lectures and organize scientific expert meetings.
-Provide medical-scientific information on our potential Blockbuster dermatology products.
-Collaborate with other functions (e.g., sales, market access).
Requirements:
-Experience in MLS role, Dermatology, or Immunology
-Language: German and English (C level)
-Successfully completed medical/scientific studies (ideally) with a doctorate
-Proven scientific competence through your own specialist publications and ideally experience in the field of dermatology/immunology
-Proven experience in project management and strategic thinking
-Strong, convincing, and open communication with different interlocutors (internal and external), ability to present scientific data adapted to target groups
-Strong team orientation
-High degree of personal responsibility, organizational talent, and flexibility
-Entrepreneurial thinking, commitment, and implementation skills
Travel: Yes, 75% of the time
