Title: Supervisor of Quality Assurance
Summary: A leading manufacturing company is looking to add a Quality Assurance Supervisor to their growing team! This is a well-established company with over 50 years of experience in the industry, specializing in manufacturing ingredients used in nutrition products. This role is responsible for providing guidance and oversight over their own team while reporting to the head Manager.
The Quality Assurance Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Training and leading QA teams
- Create and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), corrective and preventative action plans (CAPAs), and Manufacturing Instructions (MI's)
- Plan and implement cGMP training for the company
- Collaborating with other management personnel
- Other tasks as expected within the role
Qualifications:
- At least 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Manufacturing in pharma/biotech field
- Work experience with US-FDA Q7 and cGMP, and/or USDA regulations required
- Supervisor or managerial experience preferred
- Experience with QA practices, manufacturing processes, GMP, and data integrity
