We are seeking a highly motivated Qualified Person (f/m/d) to join our team in NRW, Germany. The ideal candidate should have a passion for quality control in the pharmaceuticals sector and a track record of ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
As a Qualified Person, you will be responsible for the following:
- Certifying batches of products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
- Ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and guidelines at all times
- Overseeing product release processes and ensuring timely delivery to customers
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceuticals industry
- Pharmacist licensure in Germany
- Familiarity with drug regulations (AMG, AMWHV, EU-GMP)
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Quality Control or a related field
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines and other relevant regulations
Skills:
In addition to qualifications, we require individuals who possess the following skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive information regarding drug formulations
- Excellent communication abilities while coordinating between various departments including R&D, manufacturing teams, and other stakeholders involved during different stages of development cycle
- Strong analytical thinking capabilities needed for troubleshooting issues arising from inspections conducted by competent authorities
- Good leadership and team management skills to ensure smooth functioning of the team
