Key responsibilities:
- Provide HR consultation and guidance for all people related matters
- Coach and support line managers on current and future plans
- Managing critical HR core processes, including talent and performance management, employee relations, compensation planning and career & organization development
- Ensure administrative support and coordinate HR administrative duties and responsibilities with HR services supporting the site (e.g. Recruiting, Total Rewards)
- Collaborating in local HR projects in close coordination with EMEAI HR (benefits, employer branding, training, regulations and retention)
- Build collaborative and trusting relationships with internal clients and the global HR network
- Acting as role model for our culture and drive change management
Key requirements:
- Relevant previous experience as HR Business Partner (manufacturing experience is a must
- Degree in business administration with specialization in HR or adequate education
- High level of detail orientation, independence and initiative
- Ability to effectively communicate and provide a high level of service to all levels and build strong collaboration with business clients
- Strong time management and priorities management skills
- Excellent communication skills, fluent German & English is a must
