A small pre-clinical biotech company based in Texas is looking to move into IND submissions very soon. With their movement towards phase 1, they want to grow their team to support their progress. As a start-up, they are seeking a Technical Writer, who takes ownership of their and understands the work environment of a smaller organization.
Ideally, this individual will be local to the greater Houston area, but they are open to considering fully remote candidates based on experience.
Day to day:
- Create company templates and style outlines
- Document procedures for internal testing and CDMOs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with quality and program management to develop deliverables
- Write and maintain operating and maintenance manuals for your products
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and form templates were reviewed and changed for process upgrades and clarification.
- Support preparation for IND submissions
Requirements:
- Experience working in a start-up or small biotech organization
- Well-versed in technical writing with the capability to work independently
- Experienced in supporting IND submissions and a pre-clinical biotech
