My client is seeking a visionary leader to join their tenured team as Vice President, Continuing Medical Education and Insurance. This key executive role is pivotal in driving their strategic initiatives in healthcare education and insurance, impacting the future landscape of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for our medical education and insurance divisions, fostering innovation and growth.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes in medical education and insurance sectors.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, educators, and insurance providers.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure effective management of operational activities, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management.
Qualifications:
- Tenure: Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within healthcare, medical education, or insurance industries.
- Education: MD or NP/PA
- Experience: Knowledge of CME course development and CME Accreditation
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in building and motivating high-performance teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
