Our client is a global MNC that specialises in generic medicines and they are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join them as the Commercial Excellence Director.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams on projects related to market access strategy development
- Manage salesforce effectiveness
- Track and analyse sales performance
- Drive revenue growth through identifying opportunities in new markets or expanding existing ones
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organization as well as external partners such as suppliers and distributors
Requirements:
- At least 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proven ability to drive results by developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral are essential
