We are working with a fast-growing world-leading medical devices company that is seeking a Complaints Employee.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of complaint reports, creation of routine systematic statistical evaluations and trend analysis
Handling of returned goods and assistance during inspection
Proactive improvement of complaints process
Assistance for the entire complaint handling process
Complaint process related CAPA and ECR handling
Providing statistical input for different departments or customers upon request
Tracking of complaints process relevant KPIs and complaint trend analysis and evaluations
Audits

Requirements:

BSc in Science or Engineering Degree
Experience in regulated industry like Medical Device or Pharmaceutical in the area of Quality Management/ Quality Control/ Complaints
Has written and spoken business fluency in English and proficiency in German
Has excellent Microsoft Office user knowledge
