We are working with a fast-growing world-leading medical devices company that is seeking a Complaints Employee.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of complaint reports, creation of routine systematic statistical evaluations and trend analysis
• Handling of returned goods and assistance during inspection
• Proactive improvement of complaints process
• Assistance for the entire complaint handling process
• Complaint process related CAPA and ECR handling
• Providing statistical input for different departments or customers upon request
• Tracking of complaints process relevant KPIs and complaint trend analysis and evaluations
• Audits

Requirements:

• BSc in Science or Engineering Degree
• Medical Device/ Quality Management/ Pharmaceutical Experience
• Fluency in English and proficiency in German
• Microsoft Office Skills
