Responsibilities:
- Billable Hours Expectation: The billable hours expectation for this position is 1,500 hours per year.
- Compliance Assistance: Utilize independent judgment and discretion to assist clients in compliance with federal and state laws, policies, and guidelines related to affirmative action programs (AAP) and EEO reporting obligations.
- Reporting Leadership: Lead and complete the packaging of all reporting, analyses, and related submission requirements for AAP plans ahead of annual deadlines.
- AAP Plan Preparation: Prepare Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) and other diversity metrics, particularly for large and complex employers.
- OFCCP Regulations: Possess advanced knowledge of OFCCP regulations and directives, including managing audits and assisting with conciliation agreements.
- Diverse Compliance Filings: Manage various compliance filings such as EEO-1 Reports, VETS-4212 Reports, California Pay Data Reports, Illinois Equal Pay Reports, and other state and federal compliance reports.
- Data Gathering and Auditing: Gather, prepare, audit for accuracy and completeness, and deliver EEO and other HR data to meet government reporting requirements (EEO-1, CA Pay Data Report, VETS-4212, pay equity reports, etc.).
- Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to obtain and review necessary data, independently assessing the completeness of client data and working with clients to identify and gather additional information for analysis.
- Client Queries: Address client and prospective client queries regarding EEO Compliance.
- Compliance Training: Prepare and conduct compliance training for clients related to federal contractor obligations.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Monitor new regulations or changes in affirmative action and EEO to assess client risks and recommend adjustments.
- Data Management: Review, manipulate, and transform data using Excel, Access, or SQL Server Tools.
- Security Compliance: Comply with all security protocols and requirements of both the organization and its clients.
- Other Duties: Responsible for other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
- Experience: 8 years of experience in recordkeeping, auditing, and report generation.
- 5 years of experience in OFCCP Compliance.
Skills:
- Attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Access.
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint Skill Level.
- Strong data, calculations, and logic skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables, subtotals, linking spreadsheets, using formulas, performing multiple level sorts, and preparing and running macros.
- Strong knowledge of MS Word and Outlook, with familiarity with PowerPoint.
- Experience with Excel Macros, VBA, and SharePoint is a plus.
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
- Systems background, including experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP, Taleo, BrassRing, iCIMS, and other client systems.
- Ability to proofread materials for numerical, grammatical, typographical, and spelling errors.
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary for effective communication with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data input and manipulation.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including a personal computer, printer, copier, scanner, facsimile, and telephone.
- Occasional work requiring more than 40 hours per week.
- Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
- Demonstrated Ability: Demonstrated ability to work independently. Must be passionate about data and unafraid to ask questions.
