Job Title: Operations Head - MedTech IT

As part of our expansion in Singapore, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Head to lead our operations team.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance.
Team Management:
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the development of their skills and capabilities.
Process Optimization:
- Evaluate existing operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to streamline workflows.
- Implement best practices in project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operations with business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize service levels and costs.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Implement and maintain robust quality control measures to uphold the highest standards in product and service delivery.
Technology Integration:
- Work closely with the technology team to integrate new solutions, applications, and technologies into the operational workflow.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement relevant innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior operations role within the MedTech or Healthcare IT sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the MedTech industry, especially in Singapore.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement operational best practices.
