Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a QA manager, preferably within the EPM industry
- Experience with quality control practices such as GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Quality management skills, including auditing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage communication between cross-functional teams so that they work together effectively
Responsibilities:
As the QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product quality from development through manufacturing and distribution. Specifically, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Establishing standard operating procedures related to quality assurance protocols
* Developing and implementing process improvements aimed at enhancing overall efficiency while minimizing risk
* Ensuring compliance with regulations set forth by governing bodies like FDA etc.
Salary & Benefits:
