I am partnered with a leading biotech specialising in clinical diagnostics who have been at the forefront of providing innovative and life changes technologies in life science research for over 30 years.
They are in the search for a sales expert who enjoys new challenges and has the ability to manage client relationships and ensure the high level of service delivery across a wide variety of campaigns and activations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and recognise potential that you can integrate into the sales process
- Developing new business by generating new sales with the aim of long-term relationships with new clients
- Maintain relationships at existing key accounts with greater depth of relationship and growth targets of 20% or greater year over year for the first 3 years
- Provide strong scientific consultation to customers on the company's portfolio to support the whole customer sales journey
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years sales experience in the diagnostics Industry
- Proven track record of success in sales, especially success stories providing solutions based on customer needs
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree achieved in molecular biology, biochemistry or scientific related field
- Fluent in English and German
