Join an Innovative Endovascular Start-up as a Regional Sales Manager in East Germany!
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our client's endovascular innovative start-up team, based in Berlin, Germany. As the Regional Sales Manager for East Germany, you will be responsible for driving business growth across your assigned territory by developing strategic partnerships with health care providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 5 years of experience in sales within the medical device industry in Germany
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good KOL network in East Germany
- Fluent German speaker
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
* Work closely with key decision-makers at hospitals/clinics/distributors throughout Eastern regions such as Berlin, Brandenburg & Saxony-Anhalt etc., building strong relationships while identifying areas where we can provide additional value through new products/services offerings.
* Identify opportunities to expand customer base by working directly with referral sources including physicians/vascular surgeons/nurses/providers who may benefit from using our product line(s).
* Collaborate cross-functionally on projects related specifically towards marketing campaigns needed per region which includes trade shows/exhibitions/events along other promotional activities being held locally all year round!
