Our client is a precision oncology company focused on providing comprehensive genomic solutions for personalised cancer treatment. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team in Hong Kong for driving revenue targets for NGS technology and oncology products.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve revenue targets for NGS technology and Oncology products.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans in alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to sales executives, ensuring their success and professional development.
2.Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Oncology markets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
3.Market Analysis and Strategy
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Develop and refine sales strategies based on market insights and competitor intelligence.
- Provide recommendations for product positioning and pricing strategies.
4.Team Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in medical, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Sales or technical knowledge of NGS (next generation sequencing) related products and technologies
- Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
