As a Senior Analytical Scientist, you will play a key role in the mission to develop and advance novel oncology therapies. You will lead analytical method development and validation activities, ensuring the quality and efficacy of their products. The Senior Analytical Scientist will be responsible for leading analytical development projects, designing and executing experiments, and providing technical expertise in analytical methods development and characterization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and validating analytical methods for biologics products
- Conducting analytical testing, including HPLC, CE-SDS, and ELISA
- Analyzing and interpreting data, and preparing reports and presentations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and regulatory filings
- Leading and mentoring junior staff members
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in analytical development for biologics products
- Strong expertise in protein and monoclonal antibody characterization
- Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, CE-SDS, and ELISA
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience leading projects and mentoring junior staff members
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Boston, MA with a salary of $125,000 to $150,000 plus annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
