Our client is a leading biotech company in Los Angeles that specializes in the development of cell therapy for autoimmune disorders. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Director to lead their strategy team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop commercial strategies for CAR T cell therapies targeting different autoimmune diseases.
- Lead cross-functional teams on product launches from early stage research through clinical trials and regulatory approval
- Work with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to gain insights into patient needs, market trends, pricing strategies etc.
- Collaborate with medical affairs department to develop educational programs aimed at improving disease awareness among healthcare professionals
Skills Required:
1.Cell Therapy Expertise - The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working in cellular immunotherapy or gene editing technologies particularly within Oncology indications.
2.Strategic Planning Abilities- Candidate must be able demonstrate ability developing strategic plans based off available data points as well being comfortable making important decisions under pressure.
3.Marketing Skills - A successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills when dealing stakeholders both internal/external.. Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Marketing practices also required.
Qualifications Needed :
* Bachelor's degree or higher level education related life sciences field such as Biology ,Pharmacology etc..
* Minimum of ten years' worth experience; preferably spent working senior positions within Biotechnology companies
