We are currently partnered with a mid-size instrumentation company to for a newly focused position on their Service Sales team. As this company can provide benchtop instruments, to large fill-finish machines, their Service Sales team is an integral part of the organization's ability to provide great instruments and services.
Responsibilities:
- Execute yearly plans and long-term strategy of Service Sales and Service Portfolio
- Coordinate among cross-divisional teams for Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Care business units
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems for sales and revenue streams and sales funnel interaction
- Build long-term relationships with external customers and ensure the Services organization is following projected timelines and needs
- Act as Service Forecast Owner for weekly and daily initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Bachelor in business/operation or MBA
- ISO 9001 experience, CRM, and Data Management systems experience
- Ability to relay data results from internal systems to the appropriate business units
- Life Science, Biotech, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, or Medical Equipment industry experience and knowledge
- Ability to travel on-site one week of the month
- The preferred location of the candidate is New York, also acceptable are NJ, CT, PA, DE
