Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company based in Germany, is looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to join their team as the Site Quality Head. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality standards are met across multiple sites within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement site-specific quality strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
- Manage overall product release process
- Establish effective communication channels between cross-functional teams
and senior leadership
The ideal candidate should possess:
-Extensive experience in quality leadership
-Experience with biologics, biosimilar or biotech
-Knowledge of EU and FDA requirements
-Experience with batch record review
-Registration as a qualified person desirable
-Excellent communication skills
