My client, a leading Medical Device company, is seeking highly skilled and experienced 'Software Engineers / Architects' to start a team in the south of Germany. Background:
- Proven experience in Software Development, Architecture, and Design within Medical Devices sector
- Previously managed a team and drove continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong proficiency with C/C++, Linux, GIT, STL, Qtโฆ
- Experience developing and optimising hardware-related software
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to medical product design
- BSc in Computer Science / Engineering / Electronics Engineering or related
Profile:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Fluent in German and English
