We have a current opportunity for a Technical Sales / Proposal Senior Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Switzerland joining a global leading CDMO. This role will have a focus on managing the generation of quotes, estimates and change orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the evaluation and translation of customer needs from RFI/RFP into project scope, time-lines, costs, quotations and pricing.
- Draft well structured proposals reflecting clients needs and commercial development.
- Present scope, operational model and costing to commercial development for pricing.
- Schedule internal meetings to align team and assure collection of critical business information
- aim to meet strict deadlines for delivery proposals.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors / Masters' Degree in Business or Science
- Knowledge of proposal / commercial management
- Understanding of Biologics or Pharmaceutical industry
- Project management experience
