Join a Dynamic Team as a Territory Sales Manager in Florida!
Are you an experienced medical device sales professional looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking a talented and driven individual to join their team as the Territory Sales Manager, based in Tampa/ Orlando! As part of the commercial selling organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue attainment while supporting clinical needs. We are searching for someone who can work collaboratively with others towards exceeding goals. Not only will you be able to take charge given a well-rounded commission structure, but also oversee Sales Reps in your territory as well.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to execute plans that not only meet but exceed revenue targets for the region.
- Become the go-to expert for tumor and revision surgeons.
- Assist in cultivating relationships with independent agents by providing unwavering accountability, training, and support
- Service the clinical needs of surgeons in your territory and ensure seamless case coverage
- Assist in the hospital approval process and conduct ongoing training and in-servicing for customers, hospital staff, and distribution partners
- Accountable for managing assigned inventory assets according to client policies and procedures
- Own and drive the territory revenue plan for the client. Manage company expenses according to plan
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required along with 2+ year's experience within Medical Device industry
- Demonstrated history of growth/exceeding sale quotas
- Clinical knowledge or operating room proficiency preferred but not mandatory
- Orthopedic experience
- Ability to identify/resolves problems effectively both individually/group settings
- Superior communication skills
