A leading TIC company is now looking for Medical Device Test Engineer to join their growing team in Germany. Your key purpose is to is to complete electrical safety evaluations on medical, industrial and IT equipment for the companies global client base.
Test Engineers Responsibilities:
- Relevant Electrical/Electronic formal qualifications
- Experience of working in accordance with a Quality Management System
- Experience working on electrical medical, industrial and IT equipment
- Good IT Skills, experience with excel, word and data retention systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other members of the team
Test Engineers Requirements:
- Background in product safety testing
- Experience and knowledge in one or more electrical safety standards e.g. IEC/EN IEC/EN 60601/61010/62368
- Experience in safety critical function design/development of electrical products
- Understanding of different certification schemes and processes
- Experience of generating test reports for customers and certification purposes
- Ability to fault find down to component level
- Experience working in an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory
