EPM Scientific are exclusively recruiting for a mid-sized biotech company located in Central Boston who are looking to double the size of their commercial operations infrastructure to support new product launches and existing assets.

Role Requirements:
- Serves as a key member of the US Leadership Team, participating in the strategic planning
- Responsible for development of the overall operating plan across all franchises within the business
- Advances salesforce effectiveness strategy, analytics, insights and field planning infrastructure through upskilling and hiring team members
- Adds to the leadership team to drive overall business strategy for established products and new assets.
Minimum Education:
- Bachelors Degree with MS, MBA, PhD preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial operations leadership positions
- Experience in field sales, consulting, insights & analytics preferred
Working Location:
- 3 days per week in office in Boston
- Not open to a remote hire
